Prof Stephen Shih
Associate Dean of Business and Management (MBA Programs), Hong Kong University of Science and Technology

Stephen Shih is the Associate Dean (MBA programs) at HKUST and an Adjunct Professor of Management.

Prior to joining HKUST, Stephen was a Partner at Bain & Company. In addition to serving clients, he led the Asia-Pacific Organization Practice and was EVP of Learning & Development.

He has been interviewed by The Economist, CNBC, The New York Times, SCMP and the Wall Street Journal and written for Harvard Business Review China. Stephen is a board member of Junior Achievement China.

He holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and an A.B. in Economics from Princeton University.
