Dr Victor Lee
Former Chief Executive of HK Management Association
Currently senior advisor to The Hong Kong Management Association, Victor was its CEO for 10 years before standing down at the end of 2021. Prior to the HKMA, he had held both academic and leadership positions across a number of institutions of higher learning from the US, France, Macao and here Hong Kong. Victor read mathematics in a “unknown” liberal arts college in the US and got his PhD in management from the University of London. He was a Fulbright Scholar at TC, Columbia University to research into the critical success factors in post secondary education. As he is so concerned about all issues of sustainable development, he pursued a master’s degree in sustainability leadership at the University of Cambridge out of his hectic role in the university and conducted research in systems approach to management education for sustainability in an attempt to reform and enhance business schools curriculum with sustainability mindset.
